Letters of SupplyThe Offeror, if other than the manufacturer, has submitted two copies of Letters of Supply- using the required template (Attachment 2)-for each manufacturer whose products are offered. The required template must constitute the first page of the Letter of Supply and is, in itself, sufficient to meet the criteria. Suppliers may, at their discretion, include additional language in their Letters of Supply, provided that such language does not contradict any statement in the template.
